Police are investigating a fatal shooting at a Tampa liquor store, authorities said.
The shooting happened just after midnight at City Liquors located at 9403 Nebraska Avenue North.
Tampa police identified Alica Fussell, 43, as the victim. The shooting does not appear to be random, investigators said.
