Citrus man burns his family's house down, says voices told him to

A Citrus County man is behind bars because the Cirtus County Sheriff's Office says he set his family's house on fire Wednesday afternoon.

The house, located on E. Lynn Street in Inverness, is a total loss.

Deputies say Raymond Hermann admitted to setting the fire because the "voices in his head told him to do it."

According to the arrest report, Hermann is a suspect in another arson case as well.

A Go Fund Me page has been set up to help his mother who lost everything in the blaze.
