A 22-year-old woman was killed when her car crashed into a Spring Hill home Thursday.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Kristin Dawkins failed to stop at a stop sign at Norbert Street while driving south on Harrow Road.
Troopers said the undercarriage of her 2008 Nissan Altima hit the road, sending the car into the air, colliding with a tree and then into a house at 3197 Harrow Road.
Dawkins was not wearing a seat belt and died at the scene, troopers said.
The crash remains under investigation.
