A house fire in rural Hernando County is under investigation.

Hernando County Fire Rescue responded to the fire at 15500 Wilson Blvd. early Sunday at approximately 12:40 a.m.
The residents evacuated the home safely. There were no injuries reported.
The home is a total loss, according to authorites. A man and woman have been displaced.
The Red Cross was contacted to assist the family.
