Attention horror fans, Spooky Empire is giving it another go.

On Tuesday, organizers announced on its official Facebook page that the convention will now take place Dec. 2-4 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

  • Spooky Empire rescheduled for Dec. 2-4
  • Event canceled earlier this month due to Hurricane Matthew
  • People who originally purchased tickets can use those in December

The convention, originally scheduled for Oct. 7-9, was canceled due to Hurricane Matthew.

A final guest list has not been released, but organizers are working to book talent.

“We are working very hard on finalizing the guest list and should have some announcements this week,” Spooky Empire posted on Facebook. “We are working hard on booking some of the guests that were to attend last weekend.”

Guests who were originally set to attend included the cast of “Stranger Things,” Robert Englund (“A Nightmare on Elm Street”), “Weird” Al Yankovich and more.

If you purchased tickets for the October event, you can use those tickets for December, according to Spooky Empire.

The convention typically draws thousands of people to Central Florida each year.
