How do you celebrate your birthday? Well, if you’re Mickey Mouse, you take a trip around the world.

The Walt Disney Company will celebrate the Big Cheese’s 88th birthday on Friday, according to the Disney Parks Blog.
To celebrate, Mickey is embarking on a world tour, making surprise appearances at several iconic locations.
These moments will be captured and shared on Disney’s Mickey Mouse Facebook page and the Mickey Mouse Instagram account (@MickeyMouse). Anyone who wants to join the fun can follow along and use the #HappyBirthdayMickey on social media.
On Nov. 18, commemorative “Happy Birthday!” buttons will be distributed at Walt Disney World Resorts, Disneyland and select Disney Stores. Disneyland in Anaheim will host a special pre-parade celebration for Mickey. And at the Magic Kingdom, characters and performers will dance in a special birthday-themed edition of Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It! Street Party.
A special video will also be released, highlighting all of Mickey’s global adventures and featuring a new song, “What We Got.”
