The guest had a pre-existing heart condition and fell ill after riding the attraction Sept. 18. He later died, said the most recent report from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

The report also included several other incidents of people complaining of dizziness, chest pain and back pain on rides at Universal Orlando, Disney World, Wet 'N Wild, Busch Gardens and SeaWorld Orlando.

In June, a 26-year-old man reported back and leg pain and lightheadedness after riding the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios. He later underwent heart surgery. Also in June, a 3-year-old boy complained of arm pain after riding Fievel’s Playground at Universal Orlando.

Although theme parks are not subject to state inspections, they're required to report ride-related injuries and illnesses that send someone to the hospital for at least 24 hours, according to the Associated Press.
