“Guardians of the Galaxy” is coming to Disney California Adventure, and the theme park has released new images for the ride.

In July, Disney announced that “Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT” would replace Tower of Terror, much to the dismay of many fans.
The new video provides a description and view of attraction’s setting. Described as “a giant warehouse,” the Collector’s Fortress contains the Collector’s rare and irreplaceable items. The Guardians are trapped inside the fortress and must escape.
In addition to the changes inside the ride, the outside is decked out with gold and silver accents. Pipes that line the exterior are model from oil refineries, according to the video.
“It’s going to look like a brand new attraction,” says John Mauro, executive producer, Walt Disney Imagineering.
“Guardians of the Galaxy—Mission: BREAKOUT" is expected to open next summer.
