Central Florida's theme parks are starting to adjust guests' schedules and accommodations as a result of Hurricane Matthew. Check back here for additions and updates on Matthew's impact at the theme parks.

Walt Disney World

Update: Walt Disney World Resorts will reopen all theme parks at 8 a.m. Saturday, the company announced on its website. Blizzard Beach Water park, Disney Springs and mini golf will have normal operating hours Saturday.  

Walt Disney World theme parks, water parks, Disney Springs, miniature golf courses and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex will close Thursday at 5 p.m. and will remain closed through Friday.

Some resort guests that are staying in bungalows and free-standing accommodations, such as at Fort Wilderness Campgrounds and the bungalows at the Polynesian, are being asked to move to different areas. Anyone in a tent or RV at Fort Wilderness is being asked to check out by 11 a.m. Thursday.

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has been canceled for Thursday.

Universal Orlando

Update: Universal Studios Florida will reopen at 7 a.m. Saturday for early park admission and 8 a.m. for all other guests. Islands of Adventure will reopen at 9 a.m. Saturday. Universal CityWalk will operate normally Saturday and Halloween Horror Nights 26 will also open Saturday night. Wet 'n' Wild will open as scheduled Saturday.

Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Universal CityWalk closed Thursday at 5 p.m. and remains closed Friday.

Halloween Horror Nights is cancelled for Friday night.

Universal posted on Twitter that it would resume normal operations Saturday.

Wet 'n' Wild be closed Thursday at 2 p.m. and remain closed Friday.

SeaWorld Orlando

SeaWorld Orlando and Discovery Cove will close early Thursday, Oct. 6, and be closed all day Friday, Oct. 7. Aquatica will be closed all day Thursday and Friday.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

The park and Adventure Island are expected to remain open as regularly scheduled.

Legoland Florida

Legoland Florida Resort is closed Friday but said on Twitter that it would be open Saturday and Sunday. Hours both days are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Brick or Treat will take place as scheduled.
