MagicBands are getting a makeover, Disney announced during the D23: Destination D event at Walt Disney World.
MagicBand 2 features a wider and rounder top.
According to Disney, the brand-new design will help make the device “more versatile and customizable.”
Once MagicBand 2 is released, guests will still be able to link it to a My Disney Experience account, which allows access to theme park tickets, FastPass+, Disney PhotoPass and a room key for Disney resort guests.
No official date has been announced for when MagicBand 2 will be released.
