Get ready for an extra dose of Muppets at Walt Disney World.
- New Muppets show will debut this fall
- Live action show will take place outside the Hall of Presidents
- Muppets will share stories from US history
Starting this fall, The Muppets will get a new live show, “The Muppets Present… Great Moments in American History,” according to the Disney Parks Blog.
Sam Eagle, Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and other characters will appear throughout the day outside the Hall of Presidents, sharing their own take on U.S. history.
Some of the tales include the midnight ride of Paul Revere and the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
The new show will also feature an original song and “plenty of wacky Muppets humor.”
The Muppets Present… Great Moments in American History will debut in October at the Magic Kingdom.
