SpaceX's launch of a Falcon 9 rocket from Kennedy Space Center was aborted Saturday due to technical issues.

The next launch attempt is currently set for Sunday at 9:38 a.m. EST.
Engineers encountered a issue with the second stage thrust vector control system.
With less 13 seconds left in the countdown, the launch was aborted.

There hasn't been a launch from KSC since 2011, when space shuttle Atlantis blasted off for a final time.
SpaceX hasn't launched from Florida since a 2016 explosion of a Falcon 9 rocket at nearby Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
The Falcon 9 will carry cargo to the International Space Station. The cargo contains 5,500 pounds of experiments, research equipment and supplies for astronauts.
