Skyplex Orlando has added another thrill ride to its roster.

SkyJump is the sixth major attraction set for the complex being built along International Drive, the developers announced Thursday.

Riders free-fall dive from the top of the Skyscraper Tower.

Skyplex developers acquired the rights for the attraction. A similar experience is at Stratosphere Las Vegas.

Skyplex Orlando will include the Skyscraper roller coaster, the SkyFall drop ride, a Sky Surf park and SkyLedge, which allows people to walk on the outside of the Skyplex tower 600 feet above ground.

"The attractions for Skyplex are some of the most innovative in the world," said Joshua Wallack, who is developing the complex with his father, David."The world's tallest rollercoaster, the world's tallest drop ride, and now we're launching an experience that feels like you are flying. You will be one with the sky, and we envision this to be a major draw for tourists and convention delegates to the new I-Drive Entertainment District."

A retail and entertainment center and 450-room hotel are also planned.

Skyplex Orlando is expected to open in 2019.
